Today we began individual competitions. These points the girls accumulate on their performance during multiple activities determines who receives the 'high point' campers, along with additional points for their tribe. We began the morning by setting up an obstacle course for the girls to show their mastery over their horse.
After horseback, the best Kickapoo and Pawnee tennis players began a doubles tournament ... tribe against tribe. It was a great tournament, with the Pawnee team of Hannah & Yvonne being the winners.
After lunch, the archery tournament began. We had campers shooting from 15 yards, and all the way through a 30 yard target. It was quite a close competition.
To cool things off a bit, we had the individual swimming races.
This was a long and exciting day for the campers. They did take the time for a little rest and relaxation along the way.
The girls still saved up enough energy to go to Crider's rodeo, where all of the ribbons at the calf scramble were caught by Camp Arrowhead girls.
