Our very popular self-defense class shows that you are not defenseless when someone gets you on the ground. The girls take a break to do a little swinging.
The Kickapoos & the Pawnees engage in a little tribal competition with a volleyball game. They played the best out of 3 games. This was the closest competition yet ... the Pawnees proved victorious.
