I'm sure everyone has heard about the rain and flood we experienced on June 9th. It had rained all night long and the mighty Guadalupe river showed it's magnificent power. You can see that Camp Arrowhead's sloping waterfront protects us from the flood. You can see that the bridge you pass over to get to the camp was completely consumed by the river. The best part was that we were able to cross the river by the evening. It also produced wonderful waterfalls and small creeks running up in the hills. We were not about to let a little rain stop our fun!
Wednesday's are usually cabin night, but due to the flood, it was postponed until Thursday. The girls begged to have another night of karaoke.
